1. How to request deletion
In the app
Open Settings → Integrations and click “Disconnect” on the Facebook card. This immediately removes the stored access tokens and stops lead ingestion.
From Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove “Kaching”. Facebook automatically sends a deletion request to our server, which deletes your associated data and returns a confirmation code.
By email
Email privacy@kachingcrm.com from the address associated with your account to request full deletion of your data.
2. What we delete
When we receive a deletion request for your Facebook user id, we delete:
- Your Meta connection and its access tokens (encrypted at rest).
- The connected Pages and ad accounts tied to your connection.
- Lead events received through your connected Pages.
3. Confirmation
Our server returns a confirmation code and a status URL to Facebook. Deletion is performed immediately. Keep the code for your records; contact us if you need to verify the status.
